We are looking for a seasoned A/C service engineer or Sr. technician with 7-15 years hands-on diagnosis and troubleshooting experience in A/C, refrigeration, or HVAC industry, commercial or Medical Cooling industry highly desired. Ideal candidate should be PROACTIVE with very strong analytical, phone support, and technical troubleshooting skills.
The service engineer will manage emergency response system to ensure service calls are answered 24/7 and within 15 minutes. This position will oversee emergency repair and preventative services provided to clients by contract service providers, provide technical advice to service providers and customers' field engineers. The service engineer will collaborate with service managers to monitor and evaluate contract service providers' performance. This position calls for some irregular work hours.
Bay area candidates preferred. We currently do not offer relocation package.
